Refund policy

Generally, a store does not have to give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product. Under our Fresh Guarantee, we'll refund AND replace any fresh food you're not happy with which is sold online.

 We will happily provide an exchange or refund provided that the product is returned to us with a receipt within 24hours of purchase and the product is on opened and in its original full retail condition. If you've changed your mind about a purchase, Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
